3. You cannot request a new loan if the Company values is less than € 100.000

Early Extinguishment

It is possible to close in advance of loan lines by paying a penalty equal to 10% of the amount that remain to be paid. Example: If you have to pay last 2 rates totaling 100000 euros, you can immediately pay off the loan by paying 110000 euros.
